Sales Representative, Jazan

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Jazan. This full-time role focuses on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying new rental business opportunities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating and sustaining positive customer relationships, aligning with the division's administrative, financial, and procedural objectives. A key aspect of this role involves identifying, developing, and securing new rental business opportunities, in addition to managing existing customer accounts, all within established financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop close working relationships with customers to understand their organizational structure, activities, departmental functions, key management, financial background, short/long-term requirements, and new developments.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients in conjunction with the Manager of Remarketing & Admin. Clerk, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain continuous contact with customers after quote submittal to evaluate and record outcomes, adhering to Divisional procedures.
• Follow up on equipment preparation, delivery, and return from/to the customer, in collaboration with the Manager of Remarketing & Service Supervisor/Manager, once a deal is agreed and finalized.
• Arrange Hirer Gate Passes for equipment, service staff, and service vehicles to enter restricted areas, where necessary and in conjunction with the Manager of Remarketing & Service.
• Follow up on payments and the collection of any outstanding Rental invoices, in collaboration with the Manager of Remarketing.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer relationship management role.

Internal and External Interactions

This role involves regular interaction with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective sales operations and customer satisfaction.

• Internal Contacts: Daily interaction with the Sales Manager for work-related matters, customer visit briefings, and obtaining feedback and direction. Regular team interaction with Sales Administration and the Sales Team.
• External Contacts: Direct engagement with customers for communication, negotiation, and securing sales deals. Coordination with Branches / Sites for follow-up activities.
