About the Role

Omar Kassem Alesayi Textiles Company is seeking a dedicated Textile Salesperson to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role involves selling various fabric materials, providing expert advice to customers on fabric selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Textile Salesperson will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and negotiating prices to achieve sales targets and build strong customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and assist them in selecting textiles that meet their specific needs.
2. Provide detailed information on product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
3. Handle customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of various textile types, including their characteristics, uses, and care instructions.
6. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with inventory.
7. Arrange and display products effectively to highlight their features and attract customers.
8. Collaborate closely with other team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a General Secondary School certificate as a minimum educational qualification.

Required Experience

The role requires 0-1 year of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with at least six months of experience in the textiles sector.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Omar Kassem Alesayi Textiles Company, located in Makkah or Jeddah. The role requires working as part of a dedicated sales team, focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining an organized retail space.
