About the Role

Alkayan United is seeking a dedicated Telesales Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to our sales operations, focusing on client engagement and driving sales for our real estate projects. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sales environment with clear targets and a performance-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in daily telephone communication with potential clients to introduce real estate opportunities.
• Provide comprehensive explanations of real estate project details to prospective buyers.
• Follow up with both current and new clients to guide them through the sales process and ensure transaction completion.
• Achieve specified monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Meet daily targets for outbound calls and client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A High School Diploma (General Secondary Certificate) or a Bachelor's degree is required.
• 0-1 years of experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in real estate telemarketing sales.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The standard work schedule for this full-time position is 8 hours per day, with one designated weekly holiday. Compensation includes rewarding salaries complemented by a commission structure, designed to recognize and incentivize sales achievements.

Location

This position is based in Jeddah, located within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
