Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician is a multi-skilled position responsible for performing a range of maintenance functions to support daily operations. This includes preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, equipment installation and removal, record keeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake preventative, corrective, and new maintenance activities within the assigned work area.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential issues.
• Diagnose and repair facility defects related to electrical, welding, or plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and schedule maintenance tasks effectively.
• Complete job cards accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure all assigned maintenance tasks are completed carefully and on time.
• Verify that all work meets appropriate standards and is carried out safely.
• Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental regulations within the work area.
• Monitor equipment condition and ensure proper maintenance.

Performance Indicators

• Timely submission of strategic project plans.
• Successful execution of strategic projects.
• On-time completion percentage of strategic project milestones.
• Percentage of projects delivered on schedule.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant maintenance role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah.
