In this crucial role, you will perform a variety of routine administrative tasks to support our team and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming mail and organizing physical or digital documents.
  • Preparing high-quality and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting notes.
  • Supporting teams in project execution by collecting information and tracking progress.
  • Managing internal and external communications and documentation.
  • Performing other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A degree, preferably in business administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate effectively.

The ideal candidate will also possess:
  • Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Strong presentation skills in preparing slides and delivering content.
  • A high level of proficiency in software packages, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
