Key Responsibilities

• Lead designated shifts to ensure effective team performance and high-quality customer service delivery.
• Ensure proper presentation and availability of food, beverages, and lounge facilities in accordance with company standards.
• Manage administrative tasks, including staff rosters, task assignments, and shift coverage.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and performance management to team members.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate updates, service changes, and service recovery learnings.
• Evaluate team performance and coordinate training and development activities.
• Handle operational incidents or emergencies and deploy appropriate actions to minimize impact.
• Oversee common areas, including security, cleaning, crowd control, and customer service during assigned shifts.
• Professionally handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
• Liaise with airport authorities and external parties on operational matters.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant operational or hospitality management role.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure high standards of guest service, safety, and operational compliance.
• Proven capability to act as a main point of contact for operational issues, emergencies, and coordination with stakeholders.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based at the airport in Jeddah and Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a willingness to work various shift duties as needed to support continuous lounge operations.
