The Role of Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor/EC &CL, you will leverage your creative and technical make-up artistry skills to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. This full-time position involves working as part of a high-performing team to engage customers and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service within the store environment.
• Educate customers on products and techniques through make-up artistry expertise.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and execute in-store events that create impact.
• Ensure the store consistently meets high standards for visual merchandising.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of 0-1 years is required.
• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry. While certification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, amateur level experience is welcome.
• Ability to provide personalized customer service.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a dynamic work environment.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in Saudi Arabia if invited for an interview.
