Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong guest loyalty.
• Utilize appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs and demonstrate product usage and benefits.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and ensure proper merchandising levels as per brand guidelines.
• Manage stock replenishment, handle new product launches, and promote products effectively.
• Track sell-out targets and post-launch sales at the store level.
• Generate daily sales reports and participate in achieving incentives.
• Report stock shortages and ensure stock receipt procedures are followed.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar beauty consultant or retail sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge, particularly in beauty and makeup.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assess customer needs.
• Commitment to maintaining high grooming and presentation standards.
• Organizational skills for stock management and reporting.
