About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Category Manager – Electronics to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time position is central to leading the Electronics category strategy, with a focus on driving sales, profitability, market growth, and overall commercial performance. The successful candidate will manage key aspects of the category to ensure its strategic development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Electronics category strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market growth targets.
• Oversee assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities for the Electronics category.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of commercial agreements, supplier terms, rebates, and promotional plans.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management for all electronics products.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the Saudi Electronics market to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of Category Management experience specifically within the Electronics retail or e-commerce industry.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing diverse Electronics categories, such as Consumer Electronics, Mobile, IT, Gaming, Accessories, or Home Appliances.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• An established network and strong relationships with electronics brands, distributors, and key suppliers.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements, supplier terms, rebates, and promotional plans effectively.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Electronics market, including customer trends and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ERP, forecasting, or merchandising systems is considered an advantage.
