About the Company Driver Role
Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated Company Driver to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires an individual committed to upholding safety standards and operational efficiency. The role involves ensuring the safe and timely transportation of individuals or goods as required by the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Company Driver will be responsible for a range of duties focused on safety and operational compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Adhering strictly to all organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
- Following all safety instructions pertinent to job duties and vehicle operation.
- Reporting any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machinery, or equipment to the relevant staff immediately.
- Maintaining provided PPE in good and workable condition.
- Avoiding any form of horseplay, misuse of safety devices, equipment, or company welfare facilities.
- Promptly reporting all accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
- Attending all planned safety training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
- Exercising the right to refuse any unsafe work.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates for this role are expected to possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a driver. A strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques is essential. The ability to follow instructions accurately and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment are paramount.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role operates within the framework of Al Tuwairqi Group's established operational procedures, with a strong emphasis on adherence to HS&E policies. The driver will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the smooth and safe functioning of company operations.

Drivers are expected to be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring their own safety and the safety of others. This includes proper use and maintenance of equipment and reporting any potential hazards.
