Kerry is seeking an Early Career Program Production professional to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This permanent, full-time role is part of a structured 2-year program designed to develop future leaders in sustainable nutrition. Participants will be immersed in real-world challenges from day one, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions.

Program Overview: Manufacturing Focus

The Manufacturing Program at Kerry leverages a global network of over 150 locations to consistently deliver high-quality products. This role offers an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and technologies. The program is structured to build expertise in people and project management, continuous improvement, and leadership, preparing individuals to address real challenges and make a significant impact within the business. Participants will learn directly from manufacturing experts and work cross-functionally to enhance their enterprise-wide knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda by translating strategic goals into daily actions, including driving performance metrics and contributing to operational excellence.
• Play a role in implementing and embedding the Kerry Manufacturing Standard, ensuring consistency and quality across processes and teams.
• Develop into a people leader by managing small teams, leading shift huddles, and supporting performance conversations.
• Lead and contribute to projects ranging from capital investments (*, installing new equipment) to process improvement initiatives (*, reducing waste), applying project management principles.
• Facilitate and collaborate with management teams on major transformation programs such as digitalization, automation, or sustainability upgrades.
• Gain an understanding of how manufacturing contributes to Kerry's Sustainability agenda, focusing on reducing energy usage, optimizing water consumption, and minimizing food waste.

Qualifications and Experience

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Business & Management, Supply Chain, or any other relevant subject.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Identifies as an Early Careers professional.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Eligible to permanently work in Saudi Arabia.
