About the External Relations Role

Sunbulah Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage its external relations function. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with key external stakeholders. The External Relation professional will drive partnerships, manage engagements, and represent the organization across various public-facing activities.

Stakeholder Management and Corporate Representation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ministries, government entities, regulatory authorities, embassies, chambers, and strategic external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary focal point for all external relationship management activities.
• Strengthen the organization’s external presence and corporate relationships across both public and private sectors.
• Represent the organization in official meetings, forums, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Support the organization’s corporate image and external reputation through professional stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate official visits, delegations, protocol arrangements, and executive external engagements.
• Ensure consistent and professional representation of the organization across all public-facing interactions.

Strategic Partnerships and Government Engagement

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with external entities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage joint initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaboration programs with government entities.
• Lead and manage all government support, industrial incentives, and strategic initiative opportunities relevant to the organization.
• Identify programs, grants, funding opportunities, and national initiatives that support the business.
• Coordinate submissions, requirements, and follow-ups related to government support programs and external initiatives.
• Maintain strong engagement with all government entities.

External Communications and Event Leadership

• Coordinate externally related activities and communications with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and updates related to external relations activities and opportunities.
• Provide leadership with visibility on stakeholder engagement activities, partnership opportunities, and strategic external developments.
• Lead the organization’s participation in external events, conferences, and strategic forums.
• Coordinate relationship-driven initiatives and engagement activities with ministries, authorities, embassies, and external partners.
• Support participation in external events, forums, exhibitions, and public initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in external relations, government affairs, or a similar field.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within these regions to effectively manage external relationships and initiatives.
