The Role of Field Sales Specialist Food Service

Sitaf Food is seeking a Field Sales Specialist Food Service to join its team in the Makkah region, covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on driving daily sales performance and business growth across independent accounts. The specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding product range and volume, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales across assigned accounts, focusing on increasing both product variety and sales volumes.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
• Implement price changes in alignment with company guidelines, balancing profitability and competitiveness.
• Prepare and maintain customer sales forecasts to support demand planning and product availability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, responsive follow-up, and excellent service.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Channel Manager and Key Account Manager to ensure effective local execution for shared customers.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables through regular follow-up and coordination with the Finance department.
• Provide management with regular market insights on competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage customer accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location

This position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering accounts in Jeddah and Makkah.
