Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role

Nadir Ali Shah HR Consultants is seeking an experienced MIS & Reporting Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience, with a strong background in Real Estate / Property Development. The manager will lead management information, business reporting, performance analysis, and reporting automation across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Group's MIS and management reporting framework, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information Packs (MIPs).
• Consolidate financial, operational, sales, project, and business data from multiple subsidiaries and prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for Senior Management and the Board.
• Develop and automate interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting solutions, building financial and operational data models.
• Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, conducting Budget vs. Actual and detailed variance analysis.
• Provide MIS and performance reporting for real estate development, property, and construction projects, monitoring project profitability, costs, budgets, and margins.
• Consolidate and analyze data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and automate reporting workflows and data processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness of management information, establishing data validation and quality-control procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments including Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and Projects to obtain and validate data.
• Support cash-flow reporting, forecasting, liquidity analysis, and financing/covenant compliance reporting.
• Manage and supervise the MIS & Reporting team, establishing KPIs, objectives, and performance standards.
• Provide analytical support to the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Executive Management, including special reports and financial models.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong professional experience in MIS, Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, or Business Intelligence.
• Relevant Real Estate / Property Development experience is mandatory, including work with property portfolios, construction projects, or diversified real estate groups.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and variance analysis.
• Experience preparing management reports, executive dashboards, and Board-level reporting.
• Strong data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting automation skills.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze information from multiple business units and subsidiaries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a diversified Group / Holding Company environment.
• Experience covering multiple real estate development projects and subsidiaries.
• Professional qualification or academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, or other data-analysis/reporting technologies.

Reporting Structure

The MIS & Reporting Manager will report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and will be responsible for consolidating financial and operational information, developing automated KPI dashboards, and delivering executive and Board-level reporting.
