This is an internship opportunity designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The program is structured over three years to accelerate the growth of high-potential Saudi graduates within a fast-paced environment.

Program Overview

The KSA Management Trainee Program is a three-year development initiative focused on providing hands-on experience across key Commercial functions. Participants will gain exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing through functional rotations, on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentorship. The program aims to build business knowledge, develop leadership capabilities, and prepare trainees for a long-term career with Mondelēz International.
