Graphic Designer (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the SAPL Program Controls team. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and will support major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on established requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to stakeholders.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic designs using appropriate software.
• Select and apply appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Amend designs based on feedback received.
• Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Create a range of documents including, but not limited to, design reports, status reports, monthly/weekly reports, PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and bidding documents.
• Work on diverse projects and media, utilizing various software programs to visualize and develop graphic designs that meet business objectives.
• Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, accurately express ideas, and appropriately represent the company or client.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Examine existing design processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance design capabilities.
• Establish new processes and standards for graphic design tasks.
• Update and maintain internal databases related to graphic design tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a related graphic design field.
• Demonstrated experience in the creation of engineering or project management documents and reports.

Desired Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departments.

Work Location

This role is based in the Makkah region, with primary work locations in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
