• Manage outlet reservations, handle the reservation book, and answer phones impeccably.
• Set up the outlet prior to business hours with the service team.
• Coordinate with the service team to arrange floor plans for reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet and entrance area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and wellbeing with friendly yet discrete contact.
• Be knowledgeable about menus and ongoing promotions for guest recommendations.
• Contribute to setting up the outlet’s database.
• Reassure guest satisfaction upon their departure.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in hospitality with previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Exceptional command of the English language is required, and additional languages are advantageous.

• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize table utilization while ensuring guest comfort.
• Provide accurate information about the menu, special offers, and restaurant services.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Skills:

• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
