We need a human resources manager with at least 7 years of experience in human resources management, holding a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or equivalent. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all administrative levels, with proficiency in both Arabic and English. Main duties and responsibilities: • Developing and implementing human resources strategies and policies • Managing recruitment and selection processes and competency development • Planning and executing training and professional development programs • Managing payroll, rewards, and compensation systems • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations • Developing and enhancing the work environment and organizational culture • Preparing periodic reports and analyzing performance indicators • Resolving conflicts and managing employee relations.
