The Internal Auditor Role

Waad Education is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and identifying potential operational risks across the company. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with established company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Identify and assess operational risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, encompassing strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in professional report writing.
• Exemplary level of integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office applications.
