About the Role

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology (NIT) is seeking an Investors Relationship Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the company's engagement with its investor community and financial stakeholders.

Role Summary

The Investors Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with the company's investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. The role involves providing accurate and timely information to both investors and top management, analyzing market trends, and actively supporting the development and execution of investor relations strategies. This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand NIT's operations, trading performance, financial results, reporting, and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual earnings releases and other investor-related materials aligned with the Group’s strategic narrative and investment case.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Coordinate and support investor meetings, conference calls, and events.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors and financial analysts.
• Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in investor relations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience as an Investor Relations Manager within a listed company is essential.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
