IT Analyst

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an IT Analyst to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on data analysis, system implementation, and IT infrastructure maintenance to ensure operational reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and communicate findings.
• Implement data governance best practices and participate in compliance activities.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
• Develop system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures.
• Monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems.
• Integrate new software applications into existing systems efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date, organized, and accessible technical documentation.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use.
• Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff.
• Mentor team members and educate users on system administration best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant IT or data analysis role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Familiarity with data governance best practices.
• Understanding of system and application implementation processes.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling.
• Ability to develop custom scripts and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of system and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with software application integration.
• Competence in developing backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Understanding of system security principles.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah. The role involves working within a professional IT team, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
