IT Governance and Business Process Specialist

About the Role

Work Gateway is seeking an IT Governance and Business Process Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks and driving business process management initiatives within the organization.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to strengthen governance, ensure compliance, and support continuous process improvement across the organization. The specialist will be instrumental in establishing robust IT governance structures and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the organization's IT Governance Framework.
• Oversee the implementation of the IT Governance Framework across all relevant departments.
• Drive business process management initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with established governance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT governance and business process management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead framework development and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of governance principles and compliance requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active engagement within the organization to achieve its objectives.
