About the Role

KTek Resourcing is seeking a Manager End User Services to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in managing end-user computing environments and service delivery.

Role Overview

The Manager End User Services will oversee and enhance digital workplace operations, ensuring efficient client handling and robust end-user computing services. The role involves leading a team and managing key operational areas to deliver high-quality IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing Digital Workplace Operations and End User Computing (EUC) services.
• Managing Asset Management processes.
• Implementing and monitoring Vulnerability Management strategies.
• Directing Service Desk Operations and EUC Support Services.
• Managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Handling direct client interaction and escalation management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with 8+ years specifically in client handling and Digital Workplace / End User Computing (EUC) services.
• Strong background in End User Services (EUS).
• Demonstrated experience in team handling, managing 8-10+ members.
• Strong operational and technology management exposure.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting customers in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading a dedicated team and engaging directly with clients to ensure service excellence.
