Position Overview

Al-Ahli Club Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of its marketing activities and campaigns. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the dynamic field of sports marketing.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Specialist works across various marketing initiatives, including research, reporting, campaign coordination, and day-to-day execution. The primary goal is to help the marketing team deliver projects efficiently and on time. This position is suited for an individual who is proactive, organized, curious, and eager to learn and grow within the sports marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the Club’s key initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring timely delivery through follow-ups with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
• Assist with campaign rollouts across relevant online and offline channels.
• Conduct market, competitor, fan, and industry research, and monitor sports, entertainment, retail, and marketing trends.
• Support benchmarking exercises and competitor reviews, summarizing findings into clear presentations and recommendations.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports and campaign summaries, collecting and consolidating performance data from relevant teams and platforms.
• Support post-campaign analysis and identification of key learnings, maintaining marketing trackers, calendars, and status reports.
• Support the preparation of briefs, presentations, proposals, and internal documents, and coordinate marketing requests across internal teams.
• Assist with events, activations, launches, photoshoots, and other marketing initiatives, as well as administrative and operational marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated proactive, organized, and curious approach to work.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the sports marketing industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based within the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning across Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working collaboratively within a marketing team and engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.
