The Role of Pilates & Yoga Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor to join our founding team in Jeddah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves delivering safe, engaging, and personalized classes in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Yoga. The instructor will contribute to the development of our studio's training programs and client experience within a premium wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Yoga classes within certified areas of expertise.
• Deliver both group classes and individual training sessions.
• Design and implement structured training programs suitable for various fitness levels.
• Guide clients on proper posture, alignment, breathing, and exercise techniques.
• Assess client abilities and provide appropriate exercise modifications.
• Ensure the safe use of Pilates equipment and maintain high studio safety standards.
• Create a positive, welcoming, and supportive experience for all clients.
• Collaborate with the studio team to develop class schedules and wellness programs.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and support their wellness goals.
• Participate in pre-opening preparations, training, and program development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recognized professional certifications in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Yoga.
• 5-10 years of experience in delivering Pilates and Yoga instruction.
• Strong technical knowledge in relevant disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality instruction in a premium wellness environment.
