Product Specialist

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the organization's business applications to ensure they are reliable, efficient, and achieve their intended benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, support, monitor, and enhance business applications, including HR/FIN/SCM, service management, project management, content/document management, and collaboration platforms.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use and management of business applications.
• Maintain and manage ERP systems across Fakeeh Care business units.
• Support multiple projects and tasks within the assigned ERP portfolio and related business applications.
• Ensure business applications comply with best practices, regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture standards, governance programs, and cybersecurity policies.
• Manage engagements with contracted vendors for business application support, managed services, or professional services.
• Investigate and resolve business application-related incidents and fulfill service requests in compliance with organizational policies.
• Evaluate and process IT demand requests involving business applications, supporting approved requests according to the IT project management framework.
• Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures.
• Continuously monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems and integrate new software applications into existing systems.
• Oversee and supervise system administrators, coordinating with different entities for seamless operations.
• Ensure efficient integration and deployment of new applications across the business.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring it is organized and accessible.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures, as well as security procedures to protect systems.
• Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and data storage systems.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues and educate users on system administration best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of system administration for complex operating systems.
• At least five full-cycle implementation projects within ERP systems.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical systems.
• Expertise in monitoring system performance and availability.
