About the Role: Project Management

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Project Management professional to join its Store Expansion & Network Development team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in managing new store openings and store renovation projects within a retail environment.

Role Context

The Project Management role is integral to the expansion and development of Panda's retail network. The individual will contribute to the successful execution of projects by monitoring progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of store readiness activities. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, aligning with Tamheer program eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project progress, timelines, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with different departments and external stakeholders involved in projects.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, trackers, and dashboards for monitoring and communication.
• Monitor project schedules and support all necessary activities to ensure store readiness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements for the Tamheer program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Previous project management experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering projects in both Jeddah and Makkah. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
