Role Context

The Quality Control specialist will enhance quality assurance processes and contribute to delivering value to clients. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure research outputs meet required standards, utilizing statistical analysis tools and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of research methodologies and data collection processes, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaborate with project teams to review research designs and methodologies, offering insights aligned with best practices.
• Train and mentor junior team members on quality control best practices, fostering quality awareness and accountability.
• Analyze data quality metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting trends and ensuring timely communication of findings.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss quality issues and collaborate on solutions to enhance research reliability and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for research practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies, integrating new knowledge into existing processes.
• Act as a liaison between the quality control team and other departments, ensuring quality standards are understood and implemented.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 1-5 years in a relevant field.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis tools for identifying areas of improvement.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in reviewing research designs and methodologies.
