Join Our Growing Team as a Board Secretary!
We are looking for a Board Secretary to join our growing team at YUNIGREEN. The Board Secretary will be responsible for supporting and organizing the administrative activities of the Board of Directors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage Board of Directors meetings, including sending out invitations and agendas.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and document discussions and decisions made during meetings.
  • Coordinate with board members and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Follow up on the implementation of Board decisions and ensure tasks are being carried out according to the set plans.
  • Prepare regular reports and meeting summaries.
  • Maintain and organize important files and documents for the Board of Directors securely.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure the Board’s needs are met.
  • Provide administrative assistance to board members on legal and administrative matters when required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or finance field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office management or Board Secretariat roles.
  • Familiarity with modern office software and board management tools is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Based in Jeddah city.
