Ghobash Group is an industrial trading and chemical supply firm operating in Saudi Arabia as part of the Tawazon / Ghobash Group. The company is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join its team in Jeddah.

About the Role

The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company’s employees, visitors, premises, assets, and property. This full-time role involves maintaining a secure environment, monitoring access, and responding effectively to security incidents and emergencies. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points to the company premises.
• Verify the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building, offices, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Report suspicious behavior, theft, damage, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist employees and visitors professionally when required.
• Coordinate with police, emergency services, and other authorities as necessary.
• Ensure all doors, gates, windows, and other access points are properly secured.
• Support emergency evacuation and fire safety procedures.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
