Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This position plays a key role in managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and providing strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. The role requires a data-driven approach to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creative assets, and budgets to maximize ROI and KPIs.
• Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
• Lead digital content strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality digital assets and marketing materials.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Monitor key metrics including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
• Provide strategic digital marketing recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
