LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center established in Saudi Arabia in 2011. The center provides rehabilitative, counseling, and advisory services for children and adults facing challenges in communication, language, and behavior. LLSC operates with strategic collaborations with global experts and is recognized for its “Journey Sharing” program, which ensures active caregiver involvement throughout treatment. Services offered include speech and language therapy, stuttering interventions, voice disorder treatment, auditory-verbal rehabilitation, learning difficulties support, behavior modification, psychological services, intelligence and hyperactivity assessments, psychological counseling, and early skills preparation programs.

The Role of Senior Psychologist

The Senior Psychologist is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, providing evidence-based individual and group counseling, and developing treatment plans for children and adults with communication, behavioral, and emotional challenges. The Senior Psychologist will work within a multidisciplinary team to support the center's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adults.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Coordinate care with speech and auditory specialists.
• Collaborate with families through the “Journey Sharing” program.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Contribute to case conferences and team discussions.
• Support early intervention and behavior modification programs.
• Provide psychoeducation to caregivers.
• Participate in continuous service improvement and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in psychology.
• Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment, counseling, and treatment plan development.
• Experience working with children and adults facing communication, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Work Location

This is an on-site position located in Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
