About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, from initial interaction through post-sales support, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and efficient product delivery within our showrooms.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Greet customers and maintain a high level of service within the showrooms.
• Meet customer needs and provide comprehensive customer service before and after sales.
• Guide customers through product introductions, order securing, quantity calculation, and product coordination.
• Achieve sales targets as per the sales plan and commit to management goals by implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item requirements and stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution, and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom and Inventory Operations

• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring marketing tools like brochures and catalogues are readily available.
• Ensure adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by applying warehouse ordering policies (minimum/maximum) and adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Oversee goods arrangement in warehouses according to policy to ensure accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Maintain order within the showroom.

Reporting and Financial Administration

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Deposit daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Collaboration and Compliance

• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.

General Duties

• Execute all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager to support overall showroom objectives.
