Role Overview: Tamheer Program Talent Acquisition

IKEA Alsulaiman is seeking a Tamheer Program Talent Acquisition intern to join the team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is an internship opportunity designed for fresh graduates, offering practical experience in talent acquisition within a professional environment.

Key Requirements for the Program

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Saudi national.
• Must not have been registered in GOSI for a minimum period of three months.
• Must be eligible for the Tamheer program, evidenced by obtaining acceptance from TAQAT/Hadaf.
• Must not have been previously registered under the Tamheer program.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is an internship position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The salary for this program will be disclosed during the application process.
