MBRF is a company that impacts thousands of families globally by providing quality and innovation in food products. We are seeking a Warehouse Controller to join our team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and follow policies for warehouse order management, ensuring flexible and efficient picking and loading to achieve timely and customer-focused deliveries.
• Maintain punctuality in receiving, issuance, and dispatching operations according to agreed cut-off times.
• Participate in and implement Quality Assurance policies and strategies.
• Contribute to the development of the area's yearly expenses budget and manage it daily.
• Manage ambient and cold store operations to maximize warehouse resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and a sustainable inventory control and management system for both cold and ambient stores.
• Monitor stock levels, follow up on deliveries, and manage the Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) process.
• Ensure minimum work conditions for all warehouse employees in both cold and ambient stores.
• Train and educate the operations team on company policies and procedures.
• Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for cold and ambient stores.
• Promote the BRF corporate management culture within the team and motivate employees.
• Develop, manage, and routinely follow up on inventory integrity procedures and results to ensure on-time accuracy between book and physical stock.
• Implement corporate Quality Assurance policies for products across all warehouse processes.
• Plan and manage weekly operation projections (stock, inbound, outbound) to ensure proper resource planning in advance.
• Develop, implement, adapt, and manage operation policies and procedures to optimize resource utilization and minimize risks.
• Define and establish a routine management system for KPIs, with clear responsibilities, authorities, and metrics.
• Attend meetings with Procurement, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.

Compliance and Standards

• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Ensure 5S compliance within the workplace.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedures related to the job scope.
• Adhere to Environmental requirements as per policy.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through activities that promote compliance with indicators and global ESG commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse control or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex warehouse operations, including both ambient and cold storage.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and quality assurance protocols.

Work Location

This position is based in the Makkah region, with operations spanning across Jeddah and Makkah.
