Job Description

As a saleswoman, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, contributing to achieving sales goals, and maintaining the highest standards of store organization and appearance. You will also play a key role in providing a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience, assisting customers in choosing the right products, and contributing to the store's success.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a personalized and distinguished shopping experience.
• Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and solutions.
• Achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Full knowledge of products, including the features, sizes, and benefits of each product.
• Executing sales and payment transactions accurately and quickly.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and attractive product arrangement.
• Assisting in inventory stocking, management, and warehouse organization.
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Building good relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits and purchases.
• Keeping up with promotions, new products, and company policies.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, and experience in fashion is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
