About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role involves developing dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights, gathering and analyzing data related to various planning functions, and implementing advanced analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data to support and optimize planning processes across different departments. This includes working with procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand forecasting data, as well as utilizing advanced software and AI capabilities to discover new insights in production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data related to procurement, inventory, logistics, demand forecasting, and supplier performance.
• Implement and use advanced planning software and analytics tools to enhance project planning and streamline planning processes.
• Leverage AI capabilities to help discover new insights in the production and distribution process.
• Plan and implement optimization projects across different functions in the planning department, such as production planning and distribution planning.
• Support planning sections in developing requirements and standards for packaging, procurement, and delivery.
• Support planning sections in improving policies and procedures regarding inventory management by providing insights using data analytics.
• Analyze shipping and distribution lanes to optimize cost and operations.
• Evaluate vendor and supplier operations (*, freight forwarders) according to quality standards.
• Help foster trusting relationships with business partners.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.
• Execute activities related to the function in safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, where the Data Analyst will contribute to enhancing planning and operational efficiency within AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group.
