About the Role: Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role involves assisting the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM). The supervisor will also support in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team to drive increased sales growth and profit for Almarai. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and their implementation across the sales region.
• Engage with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are considered for achieving merchandising excellence.
• Explore, organize, and review all regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
• Coordinate and roll out initiatives with local agencies, ensuring effective marketing interaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team on all confirmed store-specific projects to create and agree upon implementation plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement trade marketing activities.
• Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and external agencies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic food and beverage manufacturing and distribution environment.
