About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Team Leader Showroom Sales EXA Ceramics to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time role involves leading and guiding the showroom team to achieve business targets related to sales volume, stock management, and customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will also coordinate showroom sales operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with key customers and guide the team in implementing effective showroom sales strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions using company products and services.
  • Lead the showroom team in conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor and ensure the showroom product display is updated and well-organized.
  • Oversee sales operation procedures, including payment entry and invoice issuance.
  • Close sales deals and document achieved installed sites.
  • Ensure adherence to sales terms and conditions in line with company policy.
  • Drive the team towards achieving annual sales objectives and budget targets.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, brand management, and logistics teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales reports.
  • Study competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales manager.
  • Enforce in-store security and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in HR practices related to team management and development.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize IT solutions relevant to the business.
