About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its culinary team in Medina. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in kitchen operations. The Chef de Partie will play a key role in ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Supervise line cooks and provide support to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially in the absence of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
  • Assist in controlling food costs and contributing to departmental financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar culinary role. A strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety standards is essential. The ability to lead and support a kitchen team is also a key requirement.
