Hilton is seeking a Cluster Assistant Purchasing Manager to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the purchasing process across multiple hotel properties. The primary objective is to ensure the timely availability of necessary products and supplies, contributing to the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Cluster Assistant Purchasing Manager will be responsible for a range of procurement and team leadership duties, including:

• Overseeing procurement operations, including managing the purchasing and inventory of general merchandise to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the Chef and hotel management, to align purchases with specific hotel needs and specifications.
• Managing supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, place orders, and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• Ensuring quality control by reviewing shipments to confirm products meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
• Leading and developing the team through recruitment, training, supervision, and mentorship; conducting performance evaluations, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
