Entrepreneurship Specialist

About the Role

The University of Prince Mugrin (UPM) is seeking a Saudi national for the position of Entrepreneurship Specialist in Al Madinah, Medina. This full-time role involves supporting the Head of the Entrepreneurship Center in establishing and maintaining strategic and operational direction, aligned with the university's Business Development goals. The specialist will focus on fostering entrepreneurship within the university and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with students to assess business ideas and provide guidance.
• Connect students with relevant mentors, advisors, and funding opportunities.
• Organize and oversee monthly events, including guest speaker sessions, networking events, and workshops.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide tailored entrepreneurship support and programs.
• Implement strategies to achieve the Entrepreneurship Centre's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for the Entrepreneurship Centre.
• Explore new directions and innovative approaches to expand entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of data to assess program impact and effectiveness.
• Collect and evaluate feedback on projects and initiatives, developing improvement plans as needed.
• Prepare programmatic and financial reports for the Entrepreneurship Centre.
• Write, revise, and improve the policies and procedures of the Entrepreneurship Centre.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager to support the Centre's goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Passion for entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
