About the Role: Analyst, Entrepreneur Experience (EX)

The Analyst, Entrepreneur Experience (EX) plays a central role within Endeavor's mission. This full-time position involves delivering high-impact programs and initiatives, alongside providing tailored support to founders within the Endeavor network. The role encompasses two primary areas: Growth, which focuses on servicing existing Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and Selection, which involves identifying and evaluating high-potential founders for network inclusion. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential entrepreneurs, guiding them through Endeavor’s Selection process and preparing analytical reports for selection decisions.
• Build relationships with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and proactively identify their needs.
• Monitor the operations of companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs, analyze their growth stages, and discuss key challenges to propose mentor connections. Challenges may include talent acquisition, organizational culture, go-to-market strategies, M&A, and fundraising.
• Cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs and mentors from local and global networks to ensure well-matched connections and support for founders.
• Support the planning and execution of founder community events, including retreats, Takyas, Majlis gatherings, and fireside chats, covering outreach, agenda development, speaker selection, and coordination.
• Design and deliver founder programs such as webinars, retreats, and market access tours to support founders at various growth stages.
• Identify recurring founder needs and translate them into new programs, services, and engagement opportunities to enhance Endeavor's value to its community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed Higher Education (Bachelor’s Degree).
• Experience in scale-ups, consulting (strategic or accounting), investment funds, and/or other accelerators/ecosystem institutions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Organizational Discipline: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and commitments.
• CRM, Tracking Tools, and AI: Beginner to intermediate proficiency in AI for workflows. Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, Notion, Claude, Asana, and ChatGPT is a strong advantage.
• Research and Synthesis: Capability to ask relevant questions to quickly understand company context, stage, and key challenges.
• Communication: Clear and warm communication skills, both written and in-person. Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Passion for Entrepreneurship: Genuine belief in Endeavor's mission and the founders it supports.
• Reliability: Self-starter with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Intellectual Curiosity: Desire to understand the motivations of founders and the analytical reasoning behind the challenges they face.
• Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with constant changes and shifting priorities.

Role Development

During the initial 3–6 months, the Analyst will develop a comprehensive understanding of Endeavor's mission, network, and approach to supporting founders. This period will also involve beginning to identify high-potential entrepreneurs and guiding them through the Selection process. This role requires a combination of analytical rigor, relationship-building, and strong execution skills to support entrepreneurs in building category-defining companies.
