The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program

Sanabil Studio is establishing multiple ventures concurrently across sectors such as fintech, capital markets, real estate, B2B marketplaces, and consumer. Each venture requires a founding team. This Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program serves as a single track for identifying co-founders. Candidates are invited to specify their area of expertise, including sales, marketing, product, technology, finance, or operations. Through the interview process, candidates will be matched to a venture and a founding role where their skills can have the most significant impact. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Transition a validated thesis into a live, licensed, and scaling business.
• Manage your functional area comprehensively, including strategy, execution, and results.
• Build and lead the founding team within your specific function.
• Collaborate with co-founders to shape the venture's strategy, culture, and operational rhythm.
• Represent the venture to Sanabil Studio leadership and external partners.

Program Process

1. Application: Submit your application detailing your expertise and previous accomplishments.
2. Matching: Participate in interviews to identify the most suitable venture and founding role.
3. Venture Introduction: Meet your prospective co-founders and the broader venture team.
4. Onboarding: Join as a co-founder with a defined mandate from the start.

First 12 Months Objectives

• Successfully transition your venture from a thesis to serving live customers.
• Recruit the core team for your functional area and establish a clear operational cadence.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and consistent delivery to co-founders and the studio.

Venture Support and Requirements

The venture provides a validated thesis, including market research and a de-risked concept, eliminating the need to start from scratch. An operational backbone covers legal, finance, HR, hiring, IT, and governance. Studio support includes a dedicated venture team working alongside you from day one. Relocation assistance is available if required. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
