Facility Management Trainer

About the Role

FHM is seeking a Facility Management Trainer to join their team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive facility management training programs. The role focuses on ensuring that all training content aligns with FHM standards and current industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facility management training programs, including lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
• Conduct both classroom and practical training sessions for trainees.
• Mentor trainees and provide guidance throughout their learning process.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update curricula, integrate new technologies, and ensure training programs meet regulatory and industry requirements.

Program Development and Quality Assurance

• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of training programs.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of training delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training center.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily presence at the training facility.
