SANY Group is seeking a Service Trainer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for enhancing the technical capabilities of service personnel and ensuring high standards of after-sales support for SANY products.

Role Overview

The Service Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, repair techniques, and fault diagnosis. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the technical proficiency of service teams and ensuring effective after-sales service procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Train service personnel on product knowledge, repair techniques, fault diagnosis, and after-sales service procedures.
• Develop training plans based on business needs, and prepare and update training materials, technical manuals, and practical training resources.
• Organize and deliver online and offline training sessions, including practical instruction on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct assessments and certification, and maintain training records to continuously improve service personnel's technical skills.
• Collect typical service cases and technical issues, and collaborate with technical, R&D, and service teams to update training content.
• Provide training for distributors and customers, as well as on-site technical guidance for major projects, as required.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar training or technical service role.
