MMMP Technical Trainer

About the Role

Saudi Railway Company is seeking an MMMP Technical Trainer to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing technical training programs within the MMMP operations department, specifically for OCC operations, to enhance employee knowledge and competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and policies for establishing technical training and competency models within the MMMP operations department, with a focus on OCC operations.
• Conduct assessments to identify technical training needs for all core roles within the MMMP operations department.
• Analyze training requirements based on performance assessments and career paths for employees in the MMMP operations department.
• Implement effective technical training programs in OCC management to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Interview and hire experts in core roles to effectively teach the technical aspects required for MMMP operations.
• Ensure employees are educated on various technical aspects of MMMP operations procedures.
• Assist in identifying measures, such as new training processes and techniques, to improve training effectiveness.
• Conduct post-training surveys through questionnaires, performance tracking, and discussions with employees and managers to ensure training requirements and outcomes are met.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the Saudi Railway Company. The role involves working closely with the MMMP operations department to ensure high standards of technical competency.
