It focuses on developing talent in facilities and hospitality management through industry-relevant training programs. FHM was established via a strategic agreement between the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), and Saudi Aramco, aiming to support national workforce development and professional excellence. The Role of Facility Management Trainer

FHM is seeking a Facility Management Trainer for a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in facility management. The trainer will ensure that all course content adheres to FHM standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive training materials for various programs.
• Conduct both classroom and practical training sessions effectively.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with other trainers and administrators to update and improve curricula.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training center.
• Participate in training-related events and workshops to stay current with industry trends.
• Engage with learners professionally, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes skill development and career readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in facility management or training.
• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
• Strong understanding of facility management principles and industry best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role requires active participation in a collaborative training environment dedicated to professional excellence.
