Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience professional to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and be empowered to proactively address guest needs throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay, taking initiative to meet their needs.
• Process operational requirements and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share information about local area highlights with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

This position requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will take a hands-on approach, involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these tasks effectively is essential for delivering consistent service.
