About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their stay and ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to offer a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handle operational needs and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Prepare necessary reports as required.
• Share local points of interest to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure that all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest's overall experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Respect quality standards and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Perform all assigned tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires active engagement and mobility within the workspace. Guest Experience Experts should be prepared to be on their feet and move around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position also involves hands-on work, which may include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance. Maintaining a safe workplace is essential, along with ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience is required.
• License/Certification: None required.
